Also known as a panelized home, or prefabricated home, your Winton Global home package is a complete bundle of products and services needed to build your new modular home or cottage. You get the look, style and quality of a custom-built home, but you enjoy the benefits of faster construction, green building, and greater flexibility and control.

Winton Global Homes provides a number of factory-manufactured framing components: your home package will include the floor system, walls that are pre-built to our precision specifications, and exterior walls that are sheathed with openings already cut out. All of our packages come with engineered trusses, decks, windows and doors, plus all of the exterior finish, roofing materials, screws, glue and nails, too!

You provide the foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, cabinets, flooring and paint, but we've got the resources to help you select the best suppliers and contractors for the job.

Your complete house package arrives on a single 53 ft. drop deck trailer and has the structure and exterior finish of an entire home very carefully bundled for safe transport.
