First, we start with a plan that has caught your eye and we carefully analyze your needs / wants / desires and lifestyle preferences in an inspiring, thorough design discovery session.Then our design professionals go to work and draft their well-thought-out floor plans and pleasing elevations to match your choices and lifestyle preferences.
During the design process, you’ll receive a preliminary draft and up to 2 additional “proofs & revisions” as we work closely together to craft the perfect home, just for you.
