Engineered Roof Trusses

• 4/12 pitch
• 24" Overhang
• Full Height Sheeted Gables (drop down available on request)
• Hurricane Clips Included
• Standard 3 1/2" Truss Heel
• (Ladder Kits Available on Request)

Prefabricated Wall Panels

• 2x6 - 16" O/C Walls
• 7/16" OSB Exterior Sheathing
• ACQ Pressure Treated Bottom Plates
• Door and Window Headers as required to your specifications
• Window and Door Openings as required

Pre-cut Engineered Floor Systems

• Precut I-Joist Floor System or a 4x2 Floor Truss System (as according to your specific plan)
