Choose a Plan

The very first step in building your prefabricated home is to select a plan.

With over 35 years of experience and thousands of panelized homes and cottages to our name, we're sure to have a plan to suit your needs.

To help you decide, our floor plans have been organized by Style (single or multi-storey) and Size (square footage).

Of course, our pre-designed plans are often just a start and you can always design your own home using our Steps to Success, a simple, step-by-step guide to creating your custom factory-framed home.

Regardless of the plan you choose, you'll be able to decide whether to go with standard options and upgrades, or a combination for your floors, roofing, siding, windows and doors, trim and accents.
