Steps to Success

 

  1.

Explanation of
the Process

You'll learn about the Winton Global Homes Process, what you can expect, what you will receive and how long the Process will take.

 
  2.

Pick-a-Plan

Choose a plan from one of our 75 beautiful designs, bring in a plan of your own or let's start designing from scratch.

 
  3.

Budgetary Estimate

We provide you with a rough (but accurate) estimate for your budgetary purposes.

 
  4.

Design Deposit

To start the drafting process, we ask for a Design Fee.

 
  5.

Preliminary Draft

You receive access to our professional design team and together, we'll modify your plan to your liking.

 
  6.

Estimate

You receive a complete list of all of the items that make up your new home package, a list of options you may want to consider and a firm price.

 
  7.

Permit Deposit

To finish off the drafting process and provide you with the Blueprints you'll need to get your Building Permit, we ask for an additional Permit Fee. We are careful at this stage to process any final changes you may want to see on your plan.

 
  8.

Final Quotation

When your drafting is finalized, we prepare a firm price Quotation which is guaranteed against price fluctuations.

 
  9.

Contract / Payment

You approve the design and the price and we prepare the Contract on that basis. Payment is set up according to Contract terms.

 
  10.

Project Coordination
& Delivery

Our Project Coordination Team organizes your desired delivery date and your package is delivered to your building site.

 
  11.

Customer Support

Throughout your build, your Project Coordinator acts as your customer service specialist. They are available to assist you 24/7 with any transportation or technical construction questions that may come up.
